Dr Sam White, who made a viral video last month on why he resigned from the NHS and blew the whistle on the “pandemic”, has started a legal challenge against the unlawful actions of the NHS and the government in the form of a legal letter.
The letter to Sir Simon Stevens, CEO of NHS England, outlines two main points:
- The vaccine programme has been rolled out in breach of the legal requirements for clinicians to obtain the free and informed consent of those being vaccinated.
- That the requirement to wear face coverings in an NHS setting is in breach of common law obligations not to cause harm and breaches statutory obligations in relation to provision of PPE.
Whilst the letter is not a short read, it is a great summary of everything that is wrong with the so-called pandemic: The PCR tests creating ‘cases’ out of nothing, the completely exaggerated risks of being hospitalised or dying from covid, the use of ‘Do Not Resuscitate’ Notices and the drug midazolam in care home settings, the failure to declare the experimental nature of the mRNA injections, the blocking of other known treatments such as Vitamin D and ivermectin, the disproportionate number of deaths and illnesses caused by the gene-based injections and the health risks of wearing masks and PPE.
We recommend everyone take the time to read the letter in full because it is a great source of information to be armed with.

Thank you for your bravery .
It is actions like this, from the brave and courageous, that keeps my faith in society to finally wake up and fight back against our tyrannical government, globalist elite and powerful corporate interest. Thank you
should we all write to our M.Ps asking why this is being allowed ?
If only others were as strong. Thank you
someone should transcribe the content of the letter and make it available online as text that can be copy/pasted in one go
It is available. The Solicitors have told me it can be freely circulated. Sadly, I can not post it here.
